Cotuit Meadows Homeowners Association

Cotuit Meadows was established in 2007 and is located on beautiful Cape Cod, MA in the village of Cotuit, one of seven villages that make up the town of Barnstable. We have 124 individually owned homes, many open space areas, a ball park, 7 mail kiosks and our own wastewater treatment plant. We are bordered by the Noisy Hole Conservation Area, where residents can enjoy 2.5 miles of walking trails that wind their way through the serene eastern woodland forest. Our neighborhood is also in close proximity to beaches, excellent retail and dining options and both bridges, when a trip to the mainland is necessary.
